Paget´s disease of bone in a patient on peritoneal dialysis

چکیده
Paget´s disease of bone is a disorder characterized by disorganized remodeling. It´s occurrence in patients with end-stage kidney on renal replacement therapy rare. Here we report case an 80-year-old male peritoneal dialysis that presented high level alkaline-phosphatase mildly elevated parathyroid hormone and typical imaging findings localized to the pelvis. This fourth reported patient first treated denosumab.
